REXBURG — Thousands of Upper Valley residents attended the annual Idaho Summerfest Street Festival on Monday.
Teams from all over the world danced down Mainstreet during on the first events of the weekly Summerfest. The event has been a tradition in Rexburg for more than 25 years.
