Idaho Falls woman arrested for Meth

IDAHO FALLS — Idaho Falls Police arrested Brandy J. Peterson, for felony possession of, methamphetamine after she was found passed out in her car.

The Idaho Falls woman was also arrested for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and on two Bonneville County warrants.

Officers responded to the 100 block of South Woodruff around 12:45 p.m. for a report of a woman passed out in her car, Idaho Falls Police spokeswoman Joelyn Hansen said.

The 31-year-old was located sitting alone in a red Chevrolet Impala in possession of .9 grams of meth, 1.68 grams of marijuana and a syringe.

Peterson was booked into the Bonneville County Jail on Saturday, Aug. 29 with no bond. Her arraignment is scheduled for Aug. 31.
