Blackfoot man missing for nearly a week has been found

BLACKFOOT – A man who walked away from Idaho State Hospital South Saturday Dec. 5 has been located, according to the Bingham County Sheriff’s Office.
Investigators say Hinkle returned to State Hospital South and turned himself in around 1:00 p.m. Friday.
Police say they are investigating his activities while he was gone but it appears he was in the Blackfoot area the entire time.
Authorities have been searching for Dustin Jarret Hinkle, 33, for nearly a week.
Investigators did not say where Hinkle was located or provide additional details.
