Police: Suspicious situation on Pocatello school bus resolved

POCATELLO — Police say a suspicious circumstance this afternoon at Highland High School has been resolved and no students were ever in danger.
In a message posted on the Pocatello Police Department Facebook page, police say they received a report of a suspicious circumstance on a school bus at the school around 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 6.
Police write that precautionary actions were taken by both School District 25 and the Pocatello Police Department to ensure the safety of students and staff.
The message doesn’t provide details about the suspicious situation, but does say it was resolved without incident.

Pocatello Police say no more information will be released on the incident until tomorrow.
