Pocatello robbery suspect arrested in Idaho Falls
Published at | Updated atIDAHO FALLS — A 38-year-old woman has been arrested in a Pocatello robbery.
Around 9:40 a.m. Monday, police responded to the 500 block of Warren for a reported robbery.
During the course of their investigation, a suspect in the robbery was identified as Tyra D. Castillo.
Police say Castillo was armed with a knife at the time of the robbery in which jewelry, cash, and a cell phone were taken.
With the assistance of the Idaho Falls Police Department, officers found Castillo at the Red Robin restaurant in Idaho Falls on Thursday and arrested for felony robbery.
Pocatello police detectives transported Castillo to the Bannock County Jail.
Police said the investigation into the robbery is ongoing and are not releasing further details at this time.
Castillo was being held without bond until she made her first court appearance Friday afternoon.
