Tire catches fire, causing semi trailer to burn on US 26
Published at | Updated atSWAN VALLEY — Idaho State Police and fire crews were called to a commercial truck fire around 4:30 a.m. Thursday. It blocked both east and westbound lanes on U.S. Highway 26 east of Swan Valley.
A semi-truck trailer tire caught fire causing the trailer to burn, according to an Idaho State Police tweet.
One lane remained closed as of 8 a.m. EastIdahoNews.com will post updates as we learn more.
