IDAHO FALLS — The deadline to declare candidacy for one of the coveted governmental seats in Idaho’s cities has passed, and Idaho Falls City Councilman Tom Hally has announced he will be seeking a fourth term.
In an interview on Mark Richardson’s Political Podcasts (#PoliticalPodcasts) on EastIdahoNews.com, Tom shares how he encouraged others to run for office, which, in turn, began his tenure of political service.
Hally explains why, having won by a large margin as well as squeaking by on a tough election battle, he feels it important to look to a fourth term and what he hopes to accomplish.
