Idaho Falls – Contractors will begin working on the east side of the 25th Street & Hitt Road intersection on Monday, Oct. 5.
The construction activities will include roadway excavation, curb and gutter, valley gutter and asphalt installations to accommodate a new traffic signal.
The anticipated project duration is one month.
Barring any unforeseen conditions, all local businesses will be accessible during construction.
City leaders ask drivers and pedestrians to watch for equipment and workers, follow all traffic signs and flaggers, and reduce speeds to posted limits.
