Driver hits & kills cow after it runs onto I-15

BLACKFOOT – A man walked away from a serious crash Wednesday evening after he hit and killed a cow on I-15 near milepost 93.
The car he was driving was severely damaged but witnesses say the driver walked away without a scratch.
Witnesses say it appears the cow escaped from a nearby clinic and came running onto the freeway.
One lane of traffic was closed while crews removed the animal from the road. Traffic conditions were back to normal by 6:30 p.m.
