SUGAR CITY — Charese Purser knows how to work. During the day, you’ll find the single mother at Sugar-Salem High School, where she works as a secretary.

At night, Charese cleans buildings to support her five children. She even worked harvesting potatoes in October to help pay for her daughter’s senior trip next spring.

Secret Santa heard about Charese and sent his EastIdahoNews.com elves to surprise her with a Christmas gift.
