Ammon receives $25,000 donation to build Splash pad

The following is a news release from the city of Ammon.
AMMON — The City of Ammon will receive a donation from Rockwell Homes to help with the building of the new Ammon Splash pad the “Ammon Splash Zone”.
Officials from Rockwell will present the Mayor and City Council with a donation of $25,000 at the City Council meeting to be held on Thursday, April 21 at 7:30.
The Ammon Splash Zone is in construction and is schedule to be dedicated on Friday, May 27 with an official opening on May 28. The splash pad is adjacent to the City of Ammon swimming pool and will be free to the public on a daily basis. The location of the Ammon Pool and Splash Zone is in McCowin Park, located at 3000 Southwick Lane in Ammon.
