Rexburg police searching for man accused of stealing credit card numbers

REXBURG — The Rexburg Police Department is seeking information on an unknown male that allegedly used stolen credit card numbers to purchase items at the Walmart Store in Rexburg, Broulim’s Grocery Store, and Maverick service station.

The suspect is described as a black male in his twenties about 6’3” and 240 pounds, according to a police news release. He drives a light colored 4 door sedan.

Several T-Mobile credit cards were purchased at one of the businesses.

The victim lives in California and has no idea how his numbers were accessed.

Police ask anyone with information that can identify this man or the vehicle to call them at (208) 359-3008.
