Police searching for woman accused of stealing photos, frames from Walmart

REXBURG – Police are asking the public for help in identifying a woman who allegedly stole nearly two thousand dollars worth of photographs and frames from Walmart.

Rexburg Police Capt. Randy Lewis tells EastIdahoNews.com the woman walked into the store at 1450 N. 2nd E. on June 16 around noon and went to the photo department.

“She picked up several package of photos that had been developed along with several picture frames,” Lewis says. “The value of everything was $1906.73.”

Lewis says the woman used the name of Carmela Juarez when picking up the pictures.

Surveillance cameras captured the woman leaving the store.

Police ask anyone with information on the woman or this crime to call them at (208) 359-3008.
