Smith posted a $30,000 bond Friday and will appear in a Bonneville County courtroom for a preliminary hearing Tuesday. A preliminary hearing is held to determine whether there is enough evidence to require a trial.
Smith was arrested after detectives say she entered a fitting room at Target on 25th East and held an iPhone over the top of the barrier to take photos or video of an 18-year-old woman trying on swimwear.
