Idaho Falls Police Make Burglary Arrest

The following is a news release from the Idaho Falls Police Department.
IDAHO FALLS –Idaho Falls Police arrested 23‐year‐old Anthony M. Bongioanni for burglary Saturday evening.
Bongioanni, residence unknown, was booked into the Bonneville County Jail.
According to reports, officers responded to CAL Ranch, 665 E. Anderson, for a theft in progress around 5:30 p.m.
Bongioanni stole fishing lures. Store employees attempted to stop Bongioanni from leaving the store.
Bongioanni fled the area in a 2016 Volkswagon Jetta. Police, with the assistance of the Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office, located the vehicle and Bongioanni.
