BONNEVILLE COUNTY — Deputies have responded to 25th East and Iona Rd. after a woman driving an SUV slammed into a power pole around 10:15 a.m.

The crash was so forceful it moved the power pole about five feet from where it had been standing in the ground.

Bonneville County Sheriff deputies and workers with Rocky Mountain Power are currently on scene.

Deputies administered a field sobriety test to the driver and she was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence.
