JUPITER, Fla. — The man accused of a cannibal-style attack and killings in Florida wrote about the Renaissance, Picasso, and nuclear weapons while describing himself as happy, shy, nice and positive.

WPEC reports the information comes from more than 100 pages of Austin Harrouff’s journals dating back to 2013. The details were released with hundreds of documents and graphic crime scene photos in the investigation into the double murders.

Harrouff, a former Florida State University student, is accused of killing John Stevens and Michelle Mishcon in a violent attack at the couple’s home on August 15.

Investigators say the FBI analysis of Harrouff’s blood showed no evidence of bath salts or Flakka in his system.
