UPDATE: Mother says two-month-old child has a traumatic brain injury after Rexburg crash
Published at | Updated atREXBURG — A Fremont County driver, an adult passenger and her two small children survived a horrible crash Saturday.
Police reports show Antonia Coburn was traveling eastbound on U.S. Highway 20 in Rexburg at around 4 p.m. when she fell asleep at the wheel.

Her silver van impacted the nearby guardrail and rolled, wrapping the railing around and through the vehicle.
Coburn was traveling with Bailey Royer and her two twin boys. Passersby were able to retrieve the twins from their car seats. Emergency crews had to extract the adults. All four were transported by ambulance to Madison Memorial Hospital.
Police and hospital officials say Coburn and Royer were treated and released Saturday.
Royer told EastIdahoNews.com one of her boys is fine, but the other is in the Pediatric ICU at Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City. The two-month-old is suffering from a traumatic brain injury, but the family is hopeful for a recovery.
