UPDATE: Names of men injured in US 20 crash released

IDAHO FALLS — Idaho State Police continue to investigate an eastbound crash on the U.S. Highway 20 overpass above Lindsay Boulevard.
James Williams, 44, of Meridian, was traveling westbound on U.S. Highway 20 in a 2009 Mazda 5. Armando Silvas, 27, of Idaho Falls was traveling with Williams as a passenger. Adrian Torres-Valencia, 23, of Kearns, Utah, was traveling eastbound on the highway in a 2015 Freightliner. Mathew Jones, 24, of Fort Worth, Texas, was traveling with Torres-Valencia as a passenger.
Williams crossed over into eastbound traffic, colliding with Torres-Valencia. Both vehicles came to rest in the westbound lanes of travel. Silvas was ejected from the vehicle.
Both Williams and Silvas were transported to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center by ground ambulance. Torres-Valencia and Jones were not transported. At the time they were transported to the hospital Williams was in serious condition, and Silvas was in stable condition, officials said.
Lanes were fully blocked for about two and half hours.

IDAHO FALLS — U.S. Highway 20 in both directions is closed in Idaho Falls over Lindsey Boulevard after a vehicle and box truck were involved in a crash Wednesday afternoon.
Two people were rushed to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. Their conditions are unknown.
Idaho State Police, Idaho Falls Police, the Idaho Falls Fire Department and a HAZMAT team are on the scene. Traffic is being diverted off U.S. 20 and drivers are asked to avoid the area.
