Every week I’m interviewing fascinating people in our community, nation and around the world!

The idea came from a Facebook commenter who saw a video of me and my family floating down the river in Island Park. The person said I should turn the tables and interview my dad (Nate Eaton) – so I did and the rest is history!

Raina Huang is a professional competitive eater and she has nearly 90 million views on her YouTube channel, over 1 million followers on TikTok and a big following on Instagram. She travels the country eating large amounts of food in very short periods of time. She won a record by completing the In-N-Out Burger 50×50 challenge (eating 50 burgers) in 35 minutes.

She was recently in Idaho Falls and stopped by Lucy’s Pizza, where she at an 18-inch, 4 topping pizza and drank a 40-ounce soda in less than 8 minutes!

Raina sat down with me before she ate and I asked her the following questions:

  • Why do you do food challenges?
  • How do you learn to eat so much food?
  • What’s the hardest food challenge you’ve done?
  • What is your favorite and least favorite foods to eat?
  • When did you start making food videos?
  • Who do you look up to?
  • How did it feel to break a world record eating 50×50 at In-N-Out Burger?
