5 people hospitalized following 3-vehicle crash in Idaho Falls

IDAHO FALLS – Idaho Falls Police Department is investigating a three-vehicle crash on Sunnyside Road and Yellowstone Highway in Idaho Falls Saturday afternoon.

Kerry Hammon with the Idaho Falls Fire Department says the crash occurred around 2 p.m.

Information about what happened is not available but Hammon says it involved a Buick Envision, Kia Sorento and Toyota 4Runner.

EastIdahoNews.com witnessed at least two ambulances on scene shortly after the crash.

“Two pediatrics both with partial traumas, one adult female partial trauma, one infant in stable condition, and one adult female in stable condition,” Hammon writes on the Idaho Falls Fire Department Facebook page.
