Body found in Lemhi County identified

SALMON – The body of a man found near Horse Creek Hot Springs has been identified.
The Lemhi County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a possibly deceased person in the area of Horse Creek Hot Springs at 1:17 p.m. Tuesday.
When they arrived they found the man unresponsive, and later pronounced him dead at the scene.
The Lemhi County Coroner identified the man as 41-year-old Troy Erhardt of Hamilton, Montana.
Erhardt’s family was notified of the death of Tuesday evening. The Lemhi County Coroner is investigating the cause of death.
