Christmas at Hemming Village: A Joyous celebration of the season

REXBURG –Hemming Village is thrilled to announce “Christmas at Hemming Village,” a festive event full of holiday cheer in the heart of Rexburg.
Everyone is invited to join in the festivities on December 2, from 1: p.m. to 5 p.m., at Hemming Village, located at 160 W 2nd Street, Rexburg.
This year’s event is sponsored by Taylor Chevrolet, SafeStreets, Edge Real Estate, Beehive Credit Union and Deseret Book.
The Live Nativity will begin at 5:30 p.m. and promises to be a wonderful experience for families and individuals of all ages. The scene will transport visitors back in time to witness the birth of Jesus, complete with live actors, animals and beautifully crafted sets. It’s an opportunity to reflect on the true meaning of Christmas and create cherished memories with loved ones.

“Christmas at Hemming Village” is designed to offer something for everyone in the community. Alongside the Live Nativity, visitors can enjoy a variety of seasonal activities, including:
Festive Music: Immerse yourself in the holiday spirit with classic Christmas carols.
Delicious Treats: Savor the flavors of the season with hot cocoa and other delectable treats available throughout the event from food vendors and area food establishments, along with an amazing bake sale!
Kids’ Activities: Keep the little ones entertained with the Grinch, a fun picture booth trailer, a personalized Santa Sleighride with Mrs. Claus and a visit from Santa himself, sponsored by Rory Kunz Edge Real Estate.
We will also have a Bear World Experience, with a number of live animals, including camels, donkeys and sheep (3 p.m.).
Local Artisans: The Chamber of Commerce presents “Santa Shopping”!
The Rexburg Chamber is bringing in business and vendors to help provide a unique shopping experience. Explore holiday gifts and décor that will be perfect for your holiday shopping needs!
Santa Shopping will be inside the Hemming Village Building from 11 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
This event is open to the community. Guests are encouraged to bring friends and family to share in the magic of Christmas.
