ORIGINAL STORY
CHUBBUCK — Police are searching for a man who robbed the Advantage Plus Federal Credit Union in Chubbuck just after noon Tuesday.
The man is described as being tall and slender, possibly Native American, with a face tattoo. He pointed a gun at a bank employee, according to Chubbuck Police Chief Nick Sasser. He was wearing all black — pants, beanie and a hooded coat — with a black mask.
The man left the bank with an unknown amount of money, Sasser said.
After the robbery, the man left the area in a white, older model two-door Chevrolet pickup truck, which was driven by a second person. A description of the driver is not available at this time.
Anyone with information about either suspect or the truck is asked to call the Chubbuck Police Department Communications Center at (208) 237-7172.
Bannock County Sheriff’s Office is helping in the investigation.
