Published at | Updated atMARICOPA COUNTY, Arizona — Lori Vallow Daybell appeared in an Arizona courtroom early Thursday morning on two charges of conspiracy to commit murder.
Dressed in an orange Maricopa County Jail outfit, Daybell appeared before Judge Tracy R. Nadzieja in a hearing that lasted about three minutes. The judge explained the charges and then Daybell asked if the two cases will be handled separately or together.
“They are two separate cases but they will be handled at the same hearing,” Judge Nadzieja responded. “They are two separate cases so you would have two separate proceedings going forward as it goes to trial.

Daybell was extradited from Idaho to Arizona Wednesday.
She is not eligible for bond and her next hearing is scheduled for Dec. 7 at 8:30 a.m.
