VICTOR — A candlelight vigil is being held Thursday night in Victor to remember 38-year-old Kali Randall, her unborn child and 10-month-old Zeke Best.
Jeremy Albert Best, Randall’s husband, is charged with two counts of first-degree murder in connection her death and the death of her unborn child.
Police say Best also kidnapped Zeke Best, who was later found dead near where Best was arrested in Bonneville County over the weekend. Zeke’s death is being investigated as an intentional homicide, according to Bonneville County Prosecutor Randy Neal.
Family Safety Network and the Mental Health Coalition are holding the vigil. It it set to begin at 6 p.m. at the Victor City Park in Victor.
