Published at | Updated atREXBURG — The EastIdahoNews.com team is highlighting different jobs in our area, and today, we’re workin’ it at Florence’s Chocolates in Rexburg.
Owner Brian Manwaring showed me that a whole operation of beautiful and delicious chocolate is being made! I learned how to make a luscious cherry cordial and package various sweets for sale.
His wife Michelle, also an owner, is a certified chocolatier and showed me how to hand-dip chocolate, which is no easy feat.
Brian told EastIdahoNews.com that they go through and sell about 30,000 pounds of chocolate each year.
See what it’s like to be surrounded by irresistible flavors at Florence’s!
