2 killed in multi-vehicle crash in Twin Falls County

HOLLISTER — Idaho State Police is investigating a multiple-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 2:46 p.m. on Monday on southbound US93 at milepost 31, just north of Hollister.
A 60-year-old female and a 64-year-old male, both from Eagle, were driving northbound on US93 in a white 2017 Toyota 4runner. The Toyota veered into the southbound lanes and collided with a 2021 Volvo semi-truck, driven by a 48-year-old male from Albion. The semi-truck then veered into northbound lanes and struck a red 2008 Dodge Ram 1500, driven by a 37-year-old male from Gooding.
Both occupants in the Toyota succumbed to their injuries on scene. They were wearing seatbelts.
US93 was blocked for approximately four hours to allow emergency services to assist those involved.
This incident remains under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
