Published atEvery week I’m interviewing fascinating people in our community, nation and around the world!
“The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” is being called the hottest holiday movie this season. Beatrice Schneider plays Imogene Herdman in the film – a tough, bossy girl who ends up landing the role of Mary in the community Christmas pageant.
I was honored to chat with Beatrice. Here’s what I asked her:
- What was it like playing Imogene in “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever”?
- How did you get the part and had you read the book before you started filming?
- In the movie, you started to cry during one of the scenes. How do you make yourself show different emotions as an actor?
- How did you get your start in show business?
- What is the best thing about being an actor?
- What is your dream role and who would you want to act with?
- I have been in several plays and productions. What advice do you have for other actors?
