Madison’s Nash Humpherys signs with Boise State
Published atREXBURG – Madison guard Nash Humpherys recently signed a letter of intent to continue his basketball career at Boise State.
The first-team all-state selection averaged nearly 20 points, 4.6 assists and three steals last season in helping lead the Bobcats to the third-place game at the 5A state tournament.
“Nash is a consummate winner and competitor,” Boise State coach Leon Rice said in a statement. “He shows up every day, which will be a tremendous addition to this program. He comes from a basketball family and is a coach’s son, so he has a great understanding of the game and point guard position.”
Nash will go on a mission prior to joining Boise State.
