High school ceramics teacher in middle of a lesson gets surprised with gift from a Secret Santa
Published atA local Secret Santa is giving $1 million to deserving people in eastern Idaho this holiday season and the East Idaho News elves are helping out.
Every day from now until the end of the year, we’ll be posting a Secret Santa surprise, and today we are surprising the ceramics teacher at Madison High School in Rexburg.
Blaine is a very kind, quiet, hardworking man. He cares about his students, loves what he teaches, serves in his church and family and is one of the most genuine people you could meet.
He and his wife Stephanie have a middle school-aged son named Levi. Levi has Down Syndrome and other health issues that can make being his caregiver challenging.
A few months ago, this sweet son of theirs caused some major flooding damage to their home which was very expensive to repair. That, along with some major vehicle repairs, has been quite stressful for them this year. When things like this happen, Blaine takes it in stride and just keeps moving forward.
Blaine is a very fun dad who likes to take Levi out to do things he loves, such as going swimming or to the movies.
Secret Santa asked the East Idaho News elves to go surprise Blaine with an early Christmas gift. Check it out in the video player above!
