Man dies in 2-vehicle crash near Hagerman
Published at | Updated atHAGERMAN – A Jerome man is dead following a two-vehicle collision in Twin Falls County Monday morning.
It happened at 10:05 a.m. on U.S. Highway and East 5400 North near Hagerman, according to a news release from Idaho State Police.
A 68-year-old man from Gooding, whose name was not specified, was eastbound on Highway 30 in a 1999 Peterbilt semi-truck. He hit the Jerome man, 37, who was driving a 2003 GMC Sierra. ISP reports the man from Jerome was headed north on East 5400 and failed to yield to oncoming traffic.
The Sierra drive died on scene. The man from Gooding was not injured.
