Singer Nathan Pacheco answers 7 Questions with Emmy
Published atEvery week, I’m interviewing fascinating people in our community, nation and around the world.
Nathan Pacheco is a classically trained tenor who has toured the United States, Canada, and Mexico with Yanni. He has performed around the world and been featured alongside Plácido Domingo, Renée Fleming, and other opera stars.
Over the years, Nathan has released multiple albums that have been ranked #1 on Billboard for best classical and classical/crossover album.
Nathan was in Idaho Falls last week and I had the pleasure of interviewing him. Here’s what I asked:
- How did you get interested in singing and music?
- If you could perform with anyone in the world, who would you choose?
- Do you have a favorite song you like to sing?
- What do you like to do when you aren’t performing?
- You recently were invited to sing at President Russell Nelson’s 100th birthday party. What was that experience like?
- Can you tell me about your family and what you like best about being a father?
- What advice do you have for someone who wants to pursue a singing career like yours?
