Sugar-Salem standout defensive lineman Ben Aldrich signs with Montana Western

SUGAR-CITY — Sugar-Salem’s Ben Aldrich signed his letter of intent this week to play football for the University of Montana Western.
Aldrich was a first-team All-State and first-team All-Conference selection as a defensive lineman.
The senior put up some impressive stats as the Diggers won another state title. He recorded 58 tackles, 2.5 sacks, 13.5 tackles for loss, 24 quarterback hurries, two fumbles caused, two fumbles recovered, and had three blocked kicks.
