GOODING COUNTY – Two 18-year-old girls were injured Tuesday night after the vehicle they were riding in rolled off the road.

It happened around 8:15 p.m. at 2900 South and 1200 East in Gooding County, according to a news release from Idaho State Police.

The driver of a 1985 Dodge Pickup, an unidentified 18-year-old boy from Kimberly, was headed east on 2900 South. He drove off the road and back onto 2900 South before rolling the vehicle. ISP did not provide any specific details that might’ve caused the crash.

No one in the vehicle was wearing a seatbelt. The driver wasn’t hurt, but an 18-year-old passenger, a girl from Hagerman, was taken by ambulance to a local hospital. The other female passenger, also from Hagerman, was injured, but not hospitalized. The extent of their injuries is unclear.
