Getting your Trinity Audio player ready ...

Every week I’m interviewing exciting people from Idaho and around the world!

The Idaho Falls Spud Kings has taken eastern Idaho by storm and today I’m chatting with two of the star players – Liam Donovan, a captain and forward on the team, and Charlie Durkin, the goalie.

I caught up with them in the locker room and here’s what I asked:

  • When did you start playing hockey?
  • What is something that helped you get to the playoffs?
  • What makes a good hockey player?
  • Do you ever get afraid of getting hurt?
  • What is the process to become a player for the Spud Kings?
  • For someone who hasn’t been to a game, can you tell me what it is like?
  • What’s your favorite way to have a potato?

Watch my entire interview with Liam and Charlie in the video player above.

And, if you want to an Idaho Falls Spud Kings playoff game, tickets go on sale here on March 5 at 10 a.m. The first home playoff game is on March 27 at the Mountain America Center.

Missed any of my previous interviews? Watch them all here. And if you have an idea of someone I should interview or just want to say hi, email me: emmy@eastidahonews.com.
