POCATELLO — Locals made their voices heard in the Gate City Saturday to pray for 17-year-old Victor Perez, who was taken off life support at Portneuf Medical Center shortly after a prayer vigil for him.
Later on Saturday, a large crowd gathered in front of Pocatello City Hall to protest the officers who shot Perez nine times last week, which ultimately led to his death.
