Crews were called to the intersection around 8:15 a.m. At least one ambulance and one firetruck responded to the scene.
Police say the driver of a 2008 Buick Lucerne was cited for failure to yield. She was in the westbound lane turning north onto Rollandet when she collided with a 2011 Red Toyota Tundra, driven by a 34-year-old Shelley man, who was traveling east on Sunnyside.
No one was seriously injured. It’s unclear if rainy weather played a factor.
