RIGBY – Retired businessman Kirk Olsen has announced his intent to seek re-election on the City Council.
With the amount of political unrest that has haunted the city over the past few years, Olsen says he believed that Rigby needed new faces, and he wanted to give back to the community that has done so much for him.
He describes how previous administrations were negligent in staying within a budget, but during the past few years they have tightened the fiscal belt while maintaining necessary services.
Olsen talks about his willingness to get out and do the work that is needed and how his business background has enhanced the work of the council.
