John Pendlebury has announced his candidacy for the Idaho Falls City Council. He will be running against Michelle Ziel-Dingman.
Pendlebury, who spent his career working in nuclear power, says he also carries the distinction of having his great-grandfather being the man who introduced the russet potato in Idaho – a bit of notoriety in the famous “Potato State.”
He says it is time to give to his city and discusses areas he believes he can contribute, including running a balanced budget without raising taxes.
