The incident occurred around 8 p.m. when Monsanto contractor Skyler Kunz got stuck in an ore hopper outside the plant on Highway 34.
The Journal reports it took responders over an hour to extricate Kunz, who was then flown to Portneuf Medial Center.
Todd Blackinton, a spokesman for Portneuf Medical Center, says Kunz was evaluated and released from the emergency room last night with no serious injuries.
