Most of the rest of eastern and central Idaho is under a hazardous weather outlook. High winds, rain and snow are in the forecast throughout the weekend.

The Portneuf River in Pocatello is measuring at 9 feet and minor flooding is still occurring along its banks. The river is expected to rise to above 10 feet by Sunday. Moderate flooding is expected.
