LIST: Over 20 local vendors will provide food at Riverfest 4th of July celebration

IDAHO FALLS — From Teriyaki bowls and cinnamon rolls to snow cones and smoothies – there will be something delicious for everyone at the Mountain View Hospital Riverfest 4th of July celebration.
More than 20 vendors will be selling tasty treats and scrumptious meals to families who plan to spend their Independence Day at Snake River Landing with the biggest and best festival east Idaho has to offer.
“You better come hungry because you will have so many good options for lunch, dinner, snacks and treats,” Riverbend Communications General Manager Bill Fuerst said in a news release. “We’re proud that all of these vendors are local so when you’re enjoying your meal, you’re also supporting small businesses and the economy.”
The festivities begin at noon and will continue up until the Melaleuca Freedom Celebration featuring the biggest fireworks show west of the Mississippi River.
The following vendors will be represented during the Mountain View Hospital Riverfest:
• Greeks Gyro’s – gyros
• Tropical Sno – shaved ice
• Jamba Juice – smoothies
• Reed’s Dairy – ice cream and cheese curds
• D&J Concessions – Teriyaki, chicken fried rice bowls, egg rolls, turkey legs
• El Elote Loco – Mexican crazy corn
• Kona Ice – shaved ice
• Winder Funnel Cakes – funnel cakes
• Café Sabor – Mexican cuisine
• Summertime Snow – snow cones
• Poppin’ Jacks Kettle Corn – kettle corn and cotton candy
• Mackenzie River Pizza – pizza, hamburgers, fries, chicken tenders, Mac n cheese
• MD’s Dinky Donuts – mini donuts
• Wild West Funnel Cakes – funnel cakes, fried Oreos, Fried Twinkies
• Rocky Pop Kettle Corn – kettle corn, fresh lemonade
• Big Mama’s Food Truck – hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, chili
• Drink Factory – Drinks, coffee, cookies
• High Country Kettle Corn – kettle corn
• BJ’s Bayou – Louisiana cuisine
• Pronto Pups – fresh dipped corn dogs
• Sno-N-Go – snow cones
• Mrs. Powell’s – cinnamon rolls, sandwiches, pastries
• Rita’s Italian Ice – Italian ice, frozen custard
