Liford was born and raised in New York City and worked for the NYPD. He was on duty during the horrific events of Sept. 11, 2001.
During their conversation, Eaton and Liford discuss the terrorist attacks, what it was like working in New York as a police officer during that time and why the sheriff decided to move to Driggs.
