The Bank of Commerce names a new president
Published atIDAHO FALLS — The Bank of Commerce has named Mike Morrison as its new president.
Morrison previously served as the bank’s Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. He was hired by The Bank of Commerce as a Loan Officer in 1997 and has held numerous management and leadership positions.
“I am very pleased to announce Mike’s promotion to President,” says Tom Romrell, CEO of The Bank of Commerce. “I am certain that Mike will do an outstanding job in his new role and will lead the bank to continued success.”
Morrison earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Ag Business from Utah State University and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School. He is Past President and Board Member of the Idaho Community Bankers Association. Currently, he serves on the American Bankers Association Government Relations Council, as Board Member and Loan Committee Chair of the nonprofit Idaho Community Reinvestment Corporation and as Board Member of the Idaho Bankers Association.
