Highway closures for Wednesday, Feb. 22

IDAHO FALLS — The following highways in eastern Idaho are closed Wednesday morning due to extreme weather:
- Interstate 15 between Dubois and the Montana State Line
- US Highway 20 from Ashton to the Montana State Line
- Idaho Highway 33 from Newdale to Tetonia
- Idaho Highway 32 from Ashton to Tetonia
- Idaho Highway 87 from US 20 to the Montana State Line
- Idaho Highway 47 from Ashton to Bear Gulch
- Idaho Highway 22 from Idaho Highway 33 to Dubois
Blowing snow and hazardous road conditions have been reported on many roads. Many schools are closed and a winter storm warning was in effect for much of eastern Idaho until 5 a.m. Wednesday.
