Kody T Staker
November 3rd, 1976 - June 22nd, 2023
Kody T Staker, 46, passed away on June 22, 2023 at his home in Rexburg, Idaho.
He was born on November 3, 1976 to Theron Staker and Mona Deon Klingler Staker at Madison Memorial Hospital in Rexburg, Idaho. Kody attended schools in Sugar City and graduated from Sugar Salem High School in 1995. He received an Associate’s Degree from Ricks College in Drafting.
Kody worked as a drafter for G & S Engineering, Michael Baker, and with the CWI at the INL Site.
Kody lived most of his life in the Rexburg area, specifically between Plano and Archer.
He was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Kody loved shooting guns. He also loved to draw and was a beautiful artist. Kody loved to cook and was great at creating delicious meals. He enjoyed riding in his side-by-side and being in the outdoors. Kody’s dogs, Rory and Scout, were his favorite.
Kody is survived by his parents, Theron and Deon Staker, sister Janae (Todd) Leishman, and brother Kanden Staker.
Graveside service for Kody will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. at the Plano Cemetery (5989 W 4500 N Rexburg, ID 83440).
