Chubbuck Denny’s closes four months after Idaho Falls restaurant shuts down
Published at | Updated atCHUBBUCK — Grand Slam breakfasts are a thing of the past in Chubbuck as Denny’s has permanently shut its doors.
The restaurant on Yellowstone Avenue closed on Sunday, Feb. 11, according to a statement from the company. The closure comes four months after the Idaho Falls location on Lindsay Blvd. ceased operations.
“Deciding to close a restaurant is never an easy decision, and that decision was made by the local owner,” a statement from Denny’s says. “We’d like to thank our team members and local community for their love of the Denny’s brand. We hope guests can visit nearby locations around Idaho.
While the Chubbuck and Idaho Falls Denny’s are no longer open, the Twin Falls and Rexburg restaurants are still serving customers. The location in Rexburg opened a year ago at 585 North 2nd East.
