Jean Liljenquist Robison, 85, of Ammon, Idaho, passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. She was under the care of Aspen Hospice. She completed her journey in this life and joyfully rejoined her Savior, parents, husband, and many loved ones awaiting her on the other side of the veil.

Jean was born on June 25, 1939, in Los Angeles, California to William Sevelle Liljenquist and Erma Harker Liljenquist. Her dad Sevelle died just four days before she and her twin sister, Joan were born. Jean grew up in Jameston, Woodville, and Shelley. She attended Shelley High School and graduated in 1957. She attended business college in Idaho Falls, LPN nurses training at LDS Hospital in Idaho Falls, and became a registered nurse through Ricks College in Rexburg.

On December 30, 1959, Jean married Weston K. Robison in the Idaho Falls Temple. They were blessed with three sons: Wynn, Shawn, and Brett; and one daughter, Shari. Weston K. passed away on November 28, 2007.

Jean lived in Ammon all her adult life. She worked as an L.P.N. while she went to Nursing school. After she graduated, she worked as a Registered Nurse until her second child was born. She loved being a homemaker and taking care of her family.

She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She loved her callings as a pianist and as a visiting teacher. She loved studying the scriptures and sharing her testimony of Jesus Christ. She was a member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers.

Jean had a great love of music, both listening to it and playing the piano. She loved working on her family history. She was an accomplished seamstress. She loved to read and enjoyed many different genres, especially mysteries. She was passionate about learning. She found joy in sharing everything she learned with others. She loved being a twin and had a special bond with her twin sister Joan. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Jean is survived by children: Wynn (Jennifer) Robison of Idaho Falls, Shawn (Gina) Robison of Ucon, Shari (Scott) Bruce of Idaho Falls, and Brett (Heather) Robison of Ammon; her sisters: Joan Hill Cheney (Twin) of Idaho Falls, Alene Huntsman of Idaho Falls, Peggy (Mike) West of Tucson, Arizona, Connie Robison of Orem, Utah, and Barbara (Mel) Wheeler of Idaho Falls; 13 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Weston K. Robison; her father, Sevelle Liljenquist; her mother, Erma Liljenquist Cox; and her stepfather, Percy Cox.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 6, 2024, at Ammon North Stake Center, 4363 E. 17th Street. The family will meet with friends from 6-8:00 p.m., Friday, July 5, 2024, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street, Idaho Falls, and one hour prior to services at the church.
