Have you ever passed runners in the middle of winter and wondered how they could do it?

Running in a winter wonderland can be magical, rainy days can cool you down fast, and sunny days are beautiful after a cold Idaho winter.

East Idaho can bring snow, rain, and sun within hours (sometimes minutes) of each other, making exercising outside challenging at times.

Knowing what to wear can make or break a run and lessen those pesky blisters or irritations that occur when clothes rebel against you.

Remembering to layer for changing temps and conditions, especially with items like jackets that can easily be unzipped or removed based on conditions can make your runs more comfortable.

Here’s a guide to running in whatever temperatures you may encounter. If you are tired of the treadmill and ready to run in the real world, dress for success and get ready to run!
